Joelle Freeman-McEwan is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Her practice focuses on complex internal and government-facing investigations, government enforcement actions, and civil and criminal litigation relating to bribery, corruption, money laundering, securities fraud, and white collar crime. Joelle has represented a variety of clients, including individuals, companies, large financial institutions, and accounting firms, in matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and foreign regulatory agencies.
