Katharina Feraric is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department.
Katharina advises corporate clients from various industries and financial investors on complex cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises on general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Willkie, Katharina worked at other international law firms where she also gained experience in commercial litigation and represented national and international companies in and out of court.
A native German speaker, Katharina also speaks English and French.
