Jamie Eisen is counsel in the Restructuring Department and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice. She has a diverse practice which includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in major chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to rejoining Willkie in 2022, Jamie served as Career Law Clerk for the Honorable Shelley C. Chapman, United States Bankruptcy Court SDNY, beginning in 2010. Prior to that, she was an associate in Willkie’s Business Reorganization & Restructuring Department from 2003 – 2010, where she represented debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and equity holders in all aspects of complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
