Thibault Dupont-Nougein

Thibault Dupont-Nougein is an associate in the Asset Management Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris. His practice involves the legal and tax structuring of investment funds, including venture capital, growth capital, buyout, fund of funds, co-investments, mezzanine, real estate, and infrastructure. Thibault also has experience with French and international vehicles (UK, Luxembourg).

Thibault advises French and foreign managers in connection with the setting-up of regulated portfolio management companies in France and carried-interest schemes for management teams as well as in advising investment funds and international institutional investors on secondary transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Thibault graduated from H.E.C. Paris, Faculté Libre de Droit (Lille, France) and Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane, Australia).

Thibault speaks both French and English.
