Stefan Ducich is an associate in the Communications & Media Department and Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Stefan focuses on helping clients navigate developing issues in the privacy, cybersecurity, and technology legal and policy landscape. Stefan counsels clients on a variety of matters relating to cybersecurity and privacy regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, risk management, data flows and international data transfers, and other matters related to the collection, use, sharing, and protection of information.
