David Doak is a senior associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. He has substantial experience handling complex litigation and appeals, as well as internal investigations, for public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, energy, entertainment, manufacturing, and real estate. David also maintains an active pro bono practice representing children in immigration matters. Before joining Willkie, David served as a law clerk for federal trial and appellate judges and as an associate at other premier international law firms.
