Genevieve DiSpirito is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, principally in the insurance and financial sectors. Genevieve regularly represents insurance companies and insurance brokers, including litigating high-stakes coverage disputes and advising on transactional and regulatory matters. In addition to her insurance practice, Genevieve also represents corporations and financial institutions in matters such as bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation, government investigations, employment disputes, and antitrust litigation. Genevieve has tried cases in federal and state courts.
Genevieve maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents women from underserved populations in divorce proceedings and other family law disputes.
