Jolien is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department.
Jolien focuses on corporate and financial law and advises a diverse client base. She advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital market transactions, ESG, corporate reorganizations and general corporate and financial law questions. She is also an academic researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and has authored several publications related to corporate and financial law matters.
Jolien graduated from the University of Queen Mary with an LLM Master’s degree in International Business Law and from the University of Ghent with a Master’s degree in law.
