Britton D. Davis is counsel in Willkie’s Antitrust & Competition Group. He is based in the Firm's Washington, DC office.

Britton advises on antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance, for high-value joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.

Britton represents companies and private equity clients on transactions across all industries. He advises clients in filings before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission, and numerous international competition agencies.

He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum matters before US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Experience

Britton was previously counsel at two global law firms. Prior to his legal career, he was director of revenue management at Marriott International.

Britton is a member of the University of Virginia Serpentine Society and previously served on the alumni organization’s board.
