

Edward is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation and Investigations & Enforcement practices in London. Edward has a broad disputes practice encompassing complex multi-party litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
Edward has acted on several of the leading multi-party cases in the UK courts over recent years, including the Kuwaiti pension fund litigation, the Mozambique ‘tuna bonds’ litigation, and the FX cartel litigation.
Much of Edward’s work over recent years has involved a cross-border element and Edward therefore has particular experience of working as part of an international team and coordinating with lawyers across jurisdictions.
Edward has a particular focus on the financial services and technology sectors, as well as disputes involving States and State-owned entities.
