Elena Sofia Cioffi

Elena Sofia Cioffi is a trainee in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. She joined the firm in May 2024 and previously worked in the Banking and Finance department of an international law firm. 

Elena Sofia’s practice focuses on primary financing transactions, including, inter alia, in the sectors of real estate, acquisition and corporate finance.
