Yuhan Alice Chi

Yuhan Alice Chi is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. Alice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and has contributed to the representation of clients in state and federal courts in both individual and class actions.

Prior to joining Willkie, Alice served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Laurel Beeler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was a Senior Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. During law school, Alice also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Oakland Division.
