Daniel Benyamin is an associate in the Real Estate Department in Willkie’s Los Angeles office. Daniel represents private equity firms, REITs, financial institutions, real estate development companies, nonprofits, and various other clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings (representing both borrowers and lenders), leasing, public/private partnerships and workouts. His experience covers all property types, including office, residential (multi-family and condominiums), retail, hospitality, mixed-use, life science, data center, industrial, and vacant land.
Experience
Prior to joining Willkie in 2022, Daniel was an associate in the Real Estate Department at Munger, Tolles and Olson LLP. He also previously served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney, White Collar Crime Division.
