Reagan has extensive experience in securitization, asset-backed lending and portfolio acquisition transactions within the consumer finance industry. In over two decades of practice, she has represented clients in complex financial transactions, including the securitization of various asset types such as credit card receivables, personal loans, leases, auto loans, and other consumer receivables. Reagan's experience includes master trust structures and other financing arrangements for both traditional revolving and non-revolving assets.
