Kristin Barry

Kristin Barry is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Group. Kristin focuses her practice on commercial transactions in the insurance industry and general insurance regulatory matters. She represents clients in the insurance industry as well as non-insurance entities on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, including reinsurance transactions, regulatory compliance, and distribution arrangements. Kristin monitors insurance-related legislation and regulations for clients and regularly attends meetings of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
