Jason Bang

Jason Bang is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department in Palo Alto. Jason’s practice focuses on a wide variety of technology and commercial transactions, including cross-license agreements, collaboration agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, supply and development agreements, SaaS agreements, trademark license and co-existence agreements, and other strategic intellectual property and technology related agreements. He also has experience advising clients on intellectual property and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings and capital markets offerings. His practice covers a broad spectrum of industries, including software, life sciences, media and semiconductor.
