

Kim Aquino is an associate in the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he is a member of the Antitrust & Competition practice. Kim’s practice focuses on antitrust law in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Kim advises clients across a range of industries on various antitrust and competition matters, including compliance issues, merger analysis, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and merger investigations by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice.
Kim also maintains an active pro bono practice primarily focused on helping non-profit organizations obtain tax-exempt status.
