

Experience
Prior to joining Willkie in 2000, Vincenza Altieri served as a solicitor in the State of Victoria, Australia.
Vincenza Altieri is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (Australia), the Italian Association of Trusts (II Trust in Italia) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
She has lectured at the International Business Law Masters program of the University of Rome "La Sapienza” and is a frequent guest lecturer at Monash University Prato Centre.
Vincenza Altieri has been a speaker at various conferences in Italy on trusts and other vehicles addressing change of ownership and management of Italian medium-large sized Italian companies.

- Setting up of European corporate structure for the acquisition of Teksid Aluminum by Questor Fund;
- Setting up of corporate structure in the take over of Montedison by s EDF (Électricité de France);
- Extraordinary corporate cross-border transactions involving a leading Italian pharmaceutical group;
- Assisting Bloomberg LP for the leasing of their Italian and Swiss offices;
- Debt restructuring of a leading Italian luxury fashion group;
- Assisting a listed Australian company operating in the minerals exploitation business in Italy;
- Joint venture negotiations and due diligence real estate activities for a leading international listed diversified financial group investing in the infrastructure sector in Italy;
- Joint venture corporate structure and due diligence activities in Italy for a leading privately owned Australian construction group developing and managing shopping malls in Italy;
- Advising foreign investors on Italian FDI (Foreign Direct Investments) rules and assisting on notice filings.
