Amirali Agha-Khan is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Private Equity Practice Group. Amirali concentrates his practice on counseling private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic acquirers and operating companies, in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments and corporate governance matters.

- Represented Shamrock Capital in its investment in DE-YAN, a leading global experiential consultancy known for its top-tier design, integrated creative strategy and digital innovation.
- Represented Advent International and its portfolio company NielsenIQ in its strategic combination with GfK, resulting in the world’s leading consumer intelligence company.*
- Represented Altamont Capital Partners and Fox Racing in the sale of Fox Racing, a motocross equipment, apparel and accessory brand, to Vista Outdoor.*
- Represented American Industrial Partners and its portfolio company Current in its acquisition of Hubbell Incorporated’s commercial and industrial lighting business.*
- Represented Audax Group in connection with the creation of Renovo Home Partners, a newly established platform providing home repair and remodel products and services.*
- Represented Genstar Capital in its investment in AffiniPay, a provider of practice management software, integrated payments and embedded fintech.*
- Represented Genstar Capital and Tekni-Plex in Tekni-Plex’s add-on acquisition of Seisa Medical, a contract manufacturer of medical devices and specialty components.*
