Emily Abbey is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. Emily’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has supported the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
Emily earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine. During law school, she was a finalist in the 2019-2020 moot court competition and served as a Research Fellow to Professor Henry Weinstein, helping teach legal research and writing to first year students. She also externed for the Honorable Josephine L. Staton in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
