Willkie advised PDI Technologies, a leading solutions provider to the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale ecosystem, on its acquisition of P97 Networks, LLC, a mobile commerce and digital marketing platform provider for the convenience retail, automotive, and fuel markets.
PDI Technologies, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, recently announced its acquisition of P97 Networks, a strategic addition that creates a comprehensive platform across convenience, fuel, and automotive markets.
Willkie previously represented global software investor Insight Partners in its investment in PDI in 2019, and has advised PDI on numerous subsequent transactions.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Guercio and Erin Kinney and included associates Matthew Williams and Alexandra Rios and law clerk Justin Sofer.
