Willkie Advises Karman Space & Defense in Acquisition of Metal Technology Inc.

Willkie represented Karman Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KRMN), in its acquisition of Metal Technology Inc., a leading supplier of ultra-high temperature, refractory alloy systems for strategic missile programs, for $90 million in cash.
Karman is a leader in the rapid design, development, and production of next-generation technologies for missile defense, unmanned aerial vehicle and space programs.
Willkie represented Karman earlier this year in its initial public offering.
The Willkie team was led by partner Brandon McCoy and included associates Omar Shariff, Morgan Butkus and Colby Gardner.
Karman is a leader in the rapid design, development, and production of next-generation technologies for missile defense, unmanned aerial vehicle and space programs.
