Willkie advised Insight Partners as co-lead investor in a $37 million Series B funding round for Cynomi, a provider of an AI-powered cybersecurity platform.
On April 23, Cynomi announced the successful completion of its Series B financing round co-led by Insight Partners and Entrée Capital, and supported by existing investors. Cynomi plans to expand its leading vCISO platform for Managed Service Providers and Managed Security Service Providers.
