Willkie represented CVC Capital Partners and The Quality Group, a European leader in performance nutrition, in its acquisitions of each of RAW Nutrition, a sport nutrition brand, and BUM Energy, a maker of energy drinks.
RAW Nutrition has been recognized as the #1 fastest growing sports nutrition company by Inc. 5000 and was named Brand of the Year by GNC and Vitamin Shoppe.
Willkie previously advised CVC on its acquisition of a majority stake in The Quality Group in 2022.
