Willkie is advising Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, in connection with its investment in Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA), a leading integrated manufacturer of complex, multi-step forgings with a focus on advanced alloys and sections of commercial aero engines and military defense systems.
IFA serves a diversified base of customers across narrowbody aircraft engines and major European defense suppliers. Headquartered in Sheffield, UK, IFA operates as a fully integrated single site manufacturer of high integrity components in the aerospace and defense supply chains.
The Willkie team is led by partner Brandon McCoy, and includes partners David Arnold and Jane Scobie, and associates Ethan Douglas, Ashley Jamali, Ashley Braham and Ellie Byrne.
