Willkie advised IK Partners on an agreement for the IK Partnership III Fund to acquire a minority stake in Seventeen Group, a leading independent insurance and risk management organization in the UK.
The transaction represents IK’s first investment in the UK insurance market, building on a well-established track record of supporting similar businesses across Europe.
