Willkie advised BMO Sponsor Finance on the financing of the acquisition of Technicorp International II by Astor Place Holdings. Technicorp is a holding company for Statek Corp. and Greenray Industries, manufacturers of quartz crystal resonators and oscillators, and for AdTech Ceramics, a provider of ceramic hermetic packaging.
