Willkie represented Permasteelisa Group, a leading international façade specialist, in connection with its acquisition of key business assets from Benson Industries.
On January 7, Permasteelisa Group announced its North American expansion with the acquisition of assets of Benson Industries, a leader in the design, engineering, fabrication and installation of custom curtain wall and glass solutions. Supported by Permasteelisa Group’s global resources, the acquired business will operate as a standalone business within Permasteelisa North America.
The Willkie team was led by partners Brittany Klinger, Laura Acker and Mark Cognetti and included associates David Ostermann, Andrew Lefkowitz, Jenny Kim and Sophia Gao and law clerk Cameron Keel.
