Willkie advised Orion Advisor Technology on its acquisition of Summit Wealth Systems, an award-winning advisor technology provider.
On January 2, 2025, Orion, a premier provider of transformative wealthtech solutions for financial advisors and the enterprise firms that serve them, announced the completion of its acquisition of Summit Wealth Systems, a provider of client reporting and portfolio management solutions to large registered investment advisors.
Willkie previously advised Orion on its acquisitions of TownSquare Capital and Redtail Technology.
The Willkie team was led by partner Manuel Miranda and associates Christian Bonser and Qingqing (Chelsea) Zheng and included partners Matthew Makover, Geri Anne McEvoy and Yaniv Maman.
