Willkie represented Insight Partners as a co-lead investor in a $10 billion Series J funding round for Databricks that values the company at $62 billion.
Databricks announced on December 17 that it is raising $10 billion of expected financing from a group of prominent investors including Insight Partners.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
