Willkie represented FFL Partners in connection with the sale of its portfolio company Eyemart Express, a leading optical retailer, to VSP Vision.
On January 23, 2025, VSP announced that it completed its acquisition of Eyemart Express, which operates nearly 250 stores in 42 states. The deal was announced on October 9, 2024.
Willkie previously advised FFL Partners on its acquisition of Eyemart Express in 2014.
The Willkie team was led by partners Neil Townsend, Patrick Sandor and Caleb Vesey and included partner Russell Pinilis and associates Chase Gorland, Noor Halloum, Madeline Alagia and Erik Lessler.
