Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance as administrative and left-lead arranger on senior credit facilities backing a majority investment by Sterling Investment Partners in the risk and compliance service provider PROtect, under the issuer name Purple Cow Buyer LLC.
Based in Wichita, Kansas, PROtect provides risk mitigation and regulatory compliance services for chemical, food and beverage, energy, pharmaceutical, and industrial companies.
