Willkie advised Optimizely, the leading digital experience platform (DXP) provider and world's largest experimentation platform, on its acquisition of warehouse native analytics platform NetSpring.
On September 30, Optimizely, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire NetSpring. The acquisition will make Optimizely the first DXP to provide warehouse native analytics, enabling customers to tie experimentation and other digital experience activities to business metrics and outcomes that reside in customers' data warehouses.
Willkie previously represented Insight Partners in its acquisition of Episerver and subsequently advised Episerver on its 2020 acquisition of Optimizely, which it then rebranded as.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Guercio and Erin Kinney and included associates Christian Vidaurre, Ge (Heidi) Hai and Alexandra Rios.
