Willkie represented Insight Partners on its strategic growth investment in Flightkeys Group, a leading provider of cloud-based flight planning and optimization software for global airlines.
On September 20, Flightkeys announced its partnership with Insight Partners, which will enable the company to accelerate its investments into its strategic roadmap, R&D, and customer service. Flightkeys, based in Vienna, Austria, and its subsidiary companies, Spacekeys and Skykeys, develop and market software to optimize flight routes and flight schedules in real time for the aviation industry as well as systems to assess GPS satellite signals and a cockpit application to optimize flight trajectories. The investment is subject to customary regulatory approval and is expected to close in Q4 2024.
