On September 4, Comply365, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, announced its acquisition of Qualtero, creating a leading global all-in-one compliance, safety and training platform for peak operational performance serving the aviation, defense and rail industries.
Willkie previously represented Insight Partners in its investment in Comply365 in connection with the merger of Comply365 and Vistair Limited.
