Willkie represented Turnspire Capital Partners LLC in its acquisition of Swanson Industries, a premier provider of manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, and distribution services of mining equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and related industrial equipment.
The transaction includes Swanson’s controlling stake in Tiefenbach North America, a supplier of highly engineered hydraulic controls and hose assemblies for mining, energy, and industrial applications.
The Willkie team was led by partners Claire James and Tyler Born and included associates Nidhi Modani, Johana Borjas-Pavon and Jordan Oh.
