Willkie advised PharmaCord LLC, a leading provider of patient services for the pharmaceutical industry, in connection with a substantial investment from global investment firm Permira.
On June 6, Permira and PharmaCord announced that a company backed by the Permira funds signed a definitive agreement to make a substantial investment in PharmaCord, a high-growth pharma services company that serves as a commercialization partner for life sciences organizations.
