Willkie advised Insight Partners and its portfolio company Zone & Co, a provider of finance and accounting software, in Zone’s acquisition of Solution 7, a provider of financial reporting solutions.
On May 8, Zone, the leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) native software solutions for the CFO’s office, announced the acquisition of Solution 7, the creator of an award-winning financial reporting solution built with full drill down and drill back capabilities, from live ERP data into Microsoft Excel.
The acquisition of UK-based Solution 7 furthers Zone's objective to deliver a wider unified end-to-end experience for finance, accounting and operations professionals.
