Willkie advised FTV Capital in connection with the sale of its portfolio company Egress, a leader in adaptive and integrated cloud email security, to KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform.
On April 24, KnowBe4 announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Egress, enhancing its product suite with Egress’ cloud email security solution to create the largest, advanced AI-driven cybersecurity platform for managing human risk.
