Willkie represented PSPDFKit, a document processing and manipulation platform, in its acquisition of Integrify, Inc., a low-code process automation platform provider.
PSPDFKit, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, develops software development toolkits and related frameworks that enable document creation, manipulation, collaboration, and innovation within its customers' applications. The addition of Integrify, announced on January 4, expands PSPDFKit’s low-code document solution by adding business process automation capabilities.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its investment in PSPDFKit in 2021.
The Willkie team was led by partners Morgan Elwyn and Erin Kinney and included associates Madison Wiles-Haffner and Michael Louis-Jean.
