Willkie is advising IK Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Eurofeu Group, a leading French fire safety company, from CAPZA and the company’s management team.
IK announced on February 13 that its IK X Fund entered into exclusive negotiations to invest in Eurofeu, which installs and maintains fire protection systems and equipment, primarily for business-to-business clients. Completion of the transaction is subject to legal and regulatory approvals.
