Willkie Advises BMO Sponsor Finance on Financing for Onix Acquisition of Datametica

Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance in its support of Tailwind Capital’s add-on acquisition by Onix Networking Corp. of Datametica, an Indian cloud consulting firm, and in the refinancing of the platform’s senior facilities.
