Willkie represented Kaleyra, Inc., a leading provider of mobile communication services, in its sale to Tata Communications.
On October 5, Tata Communications announced that it completed its acquisition of Kaleyra for approximately $100 million and the assumption of all outstanding debt. The transaction was announced in June 2023.
