Willkie advised Insight Partners on the sale of its share in LeanIX GmbH, a market leader for enterprise architecture management, to SAP.
LeanIX announced on September 7 that it entered into an agreement to be acquired by SAP. The consortium of sellers includes Insight Partners, DTCP, Capnamic Ventures, Iris Capital, Goldman Sachs and Dawn Capital.
LeanIX’s software-as-a-service solutions enable organizations to visualize, assess and manage the transition towards their target IT architecture. With headquarters in Bonn, Germany, and offices internationally, LeanIX serves over 1,000 companies globally across various industries.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its investment in LeanIX.
