On August 24, Aily Labs GmbH, the developer of an AI-powered decision intelligence app for global enterprises, announced that it raised €19 million in a Series A funding round led by Willkie client Insight Partners.
Aily is a mobile-first AI decision intelligence app focused on improving the way performance is tracked and commercial decisions are made within global business. The funding will be used to scale operations and expand the company's presence in the United States while accelerating innovation in digital solutions and applied GenAI.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies. As of December 31, 2022, the firm has over $75 billion in regulatory assets under management.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Haddad and Miriam Steets and included counsel Wulf Kring and associates Denise Kammerer and Marie Möllering.
