Willkie advised Shamrock Capital in its sale of portfolio company Bayard Advertising to Appcast, a leader in programmatic recruitment advertising technology and services.
The transaction, announced July 10, combines Bayard's full-service recruitment marketing capabilities with Appcast’s award-winning programmatic technology, significantly expanding Appcast’s offerings to optimize companies’ entire recruitment marketing processes.
The combined company will serve more than 2,000 customers with hiring needs across the U.S. and 10 major international markets.

Willkie previously advised Shamrock Capital in numerous transactions, including its investments in Boardwalk Pictures; Answer Lab; Highwire PR; EDO, Inc.; The Religion of Sports Media, Inc.; Pixellot and VidMob.
The Willkie team was led by partners Ray LaSoya and Joseph Kaczorowski and included associates Brian Kollatz and Justin Calabrese.
