On July 20, Willkie client Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced the sale of its portfolio company SK AeroSafety to global private equity firm Bridgepoint.
SK is a leading global provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for aircraft safety equipment. The company is headquartered in Wokingham, United Kingdom, and operates in 14 fully integrated facilities across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC is a middle-market private equity firm that currently manages $8.7 billion of assets and has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Charlotte, Miami, London, Stockholm, The Hague and Frankfurt.
The Willkie team was led by partners David Arnold and Andrew Gray and included associate Megan Gairns.
