Willkie recently advised Insight Partners on its additional investment in Sedna, a data-driven communication platform for the maritime industry.
On July 19, Sedna announced $42 million in additional investment led by Insight Partners. The funding will help Sedna expand its platform and develop new solutions for the ocean freight supply chain.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its Series B investment in Sedna in July 2021.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies. As of December 31, 2022, the firm has over $75 billion in regulatory assets under management.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Haddad and Philip Coletto with assistance from associate Julian Grant.
