On July 13, Willkie client CapVest Partners LLP announced that it agreed to acquire Kerridge Commercial Systems, a leading global provider of enterprise resource planning software for distribution, servicing and rental businesses, from Accel-KKR.
Kerridge Commercial System’s industry-specific cloud software suites and services are delivered to a global base of over 32,000 customers in more than 70 countries. The company’s client base spans businesses across a range of industry sectors including building materials & supplies, food & beverage, automotive, IT & electronics, construction & engineering, media, and pharmaceuticals.
CapVest Partners is a leading international private equity investor headquartered in London.
The Willkie team was led by partners David Arnold and Andrew Gray and included associate Meghal Mehta.
