Willkie advised Amplitude Surgical, a France-based leader in lower-limb orthopedic surgery technology, and its private equity sponsor PAI Partners on the sale of Amplitude’s Novastep business to Enovis Corporation.
Novastep develops solutions for foot and ankle surgery. The transaction, announced April 3, is expected to generate proceeds for Amplitude of approximately 68 million euros.
Willkie previously advised PAI Partners’ Mid-Market Fund in its acquisition of a majority stake in Amplitude in 2020, among numerous other transactions.
The Willkie team was led by partner Eduardo Fernandez and included partner Gabriel Flandin and associate Mathilde Faure.
